This image was took in a studio , the lighting looks normal , but the photo looks edited to get the shiny black background it looks as if hey have given it a gradient this affect can be done in photo shop. it could of also been edited and airbrushed to give her complexion a smother perfect look.

This image was also taken in the studio the lighting to this photo is centered on her but the photo looks quite dark and dull in the background. this photo has definitely been edited into black and white this is very affective as it highlight features of her face such as cheek bones and gives photos an elegant look. it also looks very vintage.

Location shoot

Rihanna doesent do a lot of location shoots this one was taken in the woods upon a tree , location shoots tend to give images a more natural light look this photo os great.
